Jill, Erin & Collin Visiting From Colorado!

Okay this picture is from last year but it's the only one I have on my computer so it'll have to do. Alex's aunt and cousins are visiting this week from Colorado and staying at Cris & Terry's house.

We were able to go out to dinner with them last night and just hang out catching up. We love it when they come visit, they are so much fun!

My New Floor Lamps!

I got a gift card to Bed Bath and Beyond for my birthday and ordered two of these beautiful lamps for my family room. They just arrived in the mail yesterday. Yay, finally I can see what I'm doing!

Farm Town

I'm officially a farmer. Thanks to Tiney I've become addicted, I have to check on my farm everyday when I get home from work, heaven forbid my harvest go to waist! I'm still an amateur but I'm learning as I go.

Apparently when in the Market Place looking for a job, people don't like it when you dominate the chat room. Soom farmer dude yelled at me, he said

"Hey Pooba, stop dominating the chat box, let everyone else have a turn too!"

Well, I didn't know that if I chatted that meant nobody else could! Sooooooooooorry!

Little Black Wine Journal

How can you remember all the wines you have tried and whether they were good or bad? Use your trusty little black wine journal. It fits in your purse so if you're out on the town and happen upon a fantastic glass of wine, you can scribble it down for purchase later!

Plus it's just too cute and so much fun to write in!


I couldn't find an exact picture of the journal pages that are used in this journal, but it is similar to the one above, however my journal has better information and is definitely prettier!



It's small, it's cute and it's convenient to take notes on any new wine finds. I like to keep record of the wines that I like and don't like, it helps me to sophisticatify my palate. (Yes, that's a word)

Lunch With The Girls!

I was able to go to lunch with some old High School friends. It was so fun catching up!

Photo Scanner

The hubster got me a photo scanner for my birth and it is awesome! It not only scans photos but it can also scan negatives and old slides. You can convert all your negatives & photos from 50 years ago to digital images, how cool is that?

I've been using it and you will soon see some old pics on my blog! So fun!

Babysitting This Cutie!

I got to babysit Logan Saturday night! Lin and Lance dropped him off at my place while they went out. I love having this kid over, he says the funniest things. Pure entertainment!

New White Sandals

In the summer I always love sandals that you can just slip on and off, these are my "go-to" sandals.

New Harley Boots

When we went to California I forgot my riding boots for the motorcycle so I had to buy some new ones at the Harley shope. I really didn't want to buy new ones because I thought I had perfectly fine ones at home but after wearing these babies I am glad I did. They are so comfy!

Nature's Path Organic Oatmeal - Flax Plus

I've grown addicted to this oatmeal ever since I started weight watchers a couple months ago. It counts as part of my daily Omega 3s that is required. I like to put extra flax seeds in it with a little dash of splenda. It's so filling and delish!

Clos Du Val Cabernet Sauvignon

The first time Al and I tried this was at the melting pot a few years ago and it is still our favorite! This one is a 2005 because they no longer had any 2004 left but it is still good. Maybe when I get my tasting notes out I can give you my rating on this one...until then, cheers!

I bought me a purseket! I've seen them on alot of blog giveaways and my new purse had NO pockets so I broke down and bought me one. I love it! Look inside my purse:

Yep. I'm one of those people.

I'm a nerd. I'm not afraid to admit it. I love Soduko, crosswords, fill ins, basically any puzzle! I can't watch TV without doing something else too so these come in handy!

UFood Grill

This is a healthy fast food restaurant, isn't that the best idea ever? And everything that I've eaten there so far has been delicious! It was started in Massechusets by some body builders for obvious reasons and they just opened one up here in Utah.

Don't know why they chose Utah, but I'm glad they did!

Frogurt Frozen Yogurt

Frogurt is a new frozen yogurt place that opened up a couple months ago in Draper Utah. Oh my god I am hooked! It is one of those self serve frozen yogurt places where they have a dozen or so flavors and like 30 different toppings and you pay by the weight.

Every time we go I tell myself that I'm not going to get a lot, but every time I end up filling my cup as full as it will get! I can't wait until there are more of these, especially down town so I can get some on my lunch break!

My New Addiction

In the office building where I work there is a little restaurant called Skool Lunch and they sell these amazing peanut butter bars! They're not the kind with oatmeal in the bottom, the bottom is like the inside of a reeses!

They are to die for! I need help.

I'm so glad the weather has been warm and Dozer and I can go on our little jogs together! He has gotten so good on a leash and doesn't pull, he's the best jogging partner!

Strap Perfect

The Easter Bunny left me these in my easter basket this year! Now that it's warm outside, I've been using them all the time. I used to use safety pins but these are much easier and faster to put on

Haven't tried the bonus perfect tape yet. Ya know it's supposed to add a full cup to your bra size instantly!

I love playing the Wicked songs on the piano and I love this book because it is a piano solo book. Meaning it isn't just the accompaniment, it is the songs written just for the piano so it has the melody intertwined in it!

I won this stamp set a couple months ago from Adrian at Adrian's Crazy Life and I love it! It was so funny because when she asked for my address to mail it to me, we found out that we lived in the same neighborhood! Crazy huh? So she just dropped it off at my house and I got to meet her in real life!

Activia Light Yogurt

I'm loving this yogurt since I've been doing Weight Watchers, especially the peach flavor. It's the perfect amount of yogurt for me. Usually with those bigger yogurt cups I can't finish them and I end up throwing about half of it away.

Yummy and only 1 Weight Watchers point!

Cute On-The-Go Notepad And Pen

The is just darling! I keep it in my purse for whenever I need to jot something down while I'm on the go. It's little and cute and the color even matches my purse!

My "Apron Center"

As my collection of aprons grew I decided I needed an Apron Center. So I bought these hooks from Linen and Things and now I have a special place just for my aprons!

Prize I Won at Nikki Crumpet's

The prize I won was that cute little pea pod magnet, but look at all the other stuff she included! I was so surprised! Unfortunately my husband opened the Symphony bar before I got a picture of it so yes, it's open in the picture.
