The Pioneer Woman Cooks by Ree Drummond

Mmmmmmm.

Lots of good recipes, pictures, and stories in this book. My mom-in-law gave it to me for Valentine's Day, isn't she the coolest? I don't know too many people who get Valentine's Day presents from their mom-in-law.

I made the cinnamon roll recipe in this book and it is amazing! I'm going to be posting about it on "POOBA" very soon.

Heart Shaped Measuring Spoons

My mom-in-law gave me these darling measuring spoons for Christmas. They are shaped like a heart and each one has a cute little saying on the handle pertaining to love.

For example:

"A Pinch of Patience"

They are just so cute!

Cooking Class With Marguerite Henderson

This woman is amazing! My mom-in-law has been taking me and my sister-in-laws to Marguerite's cooking class this year. These classes are so fun and seriously addicting.

Marguerite is the author of 3 cookbooks, she's a cooking instructor, a culinary consultant and this year she was voted "Best Cooking in the Garden" teacher for 2009 Best of Utah!

She also opened Cucina, an award winning deli in the avenues of Salt Lake City. I love Cucina! I go there for lunch at work all the time, it's delicious!

These classes are such fun to go to with the family and experience gourmet at it's finest!

Rub-A-Way

This is not a bar of soap. It's a stainless steel bar that removes garlic, onion, and other odors that remain on your hands after you cook. You just rub it like a bar of soap under water and voila! The smells are gone!
